Tom is so adorable, I think he did a great job as Loki who's such an ass, but at the same time sympathetic and full of angst towards the end. I'll be paying attention to Tom more often now. :)
I haven't seen the movie but I think if the producers and director wanted a Loki they should of gone with Alan Cumming he is more experienced in being The god of mischief

@thevenom06 I do love Alan, and he's very talented. I mean, he played my favorite mutant in x-men! But Loki could not have been played better by anyone else.
@thevenom06 Maybe, but he did such an amazing job that I can't see anyone else as Loki. He was...breath taking. I loved him more then Thor and found myself hoping for him rather then then the hero...
he was PERFECT as loki! All of the damage and frustrasion along with unmesurable cleverness and planning. He was so good I REALLY didn't want him to be the bad guy. He almost stole the show! the "almost" is because I saw it with my mom. she couldn't stop ranting about Heimdall the Gatekeeper! (He was pretty awesome too)
I am so happy Tom Hiddleston is Loki. He did an AMAZING job in Thor...like seriously there is no words to explain how amazingly great he did. Hes pretty hot as Loki too hahah, but im ery exited to see him again in the Avengers next year. He will always be my favorite villain.
The movie was called Thor, and yet somehow I had eyes only for Loki when he was onscreen and always tried to find him even if he wasn't. I WAS PLAYING WHERE'S WALDO- LOKI ADDITION!

@jordancherae2010 He DID the reading on an audiobook : "The Red Necklace" by Sally Gardner, and he's A-MA-ZING :) I bought it on amazon.co.uk : 5 cds : 6 hours and 40 minutes of his delicious and sexy voice ;)
Tom played Loki absolutely perfect to the last detail. His emotion and expression were right on the mark! There something unreal sexy about his mouth! If I wasn't in love with Loki before I sure am now!
This is by far the best interview of Tom Hiddleston for Thor that I've found. Good work! How great was he in the fight scene at the end? That close-up on his face during his last little monologue was some pretty fantastic acting.
Watch your mouth Paul Byrne, ur stepping into some DC territory with that Metropolis reference :O...on the other hand i thought the casting for this movie was perfect
It's insane because I usually watched his interviews before viewing the film, and Tom Hiddleston was totally terrifying in the film. Even creepy and menacing but still sympathetic. Especially towards the end. I didn't even recognize Hiddleston because all I saw was Loki. It was so different from Hiddleston's usual friendly and warm personality. He really did a great job in bringing out different sides of Loki.
@coralin378 Maybe the reason I found him so creepy was because I'd seen these interviews beforehand, too! In interviews he comes across as so cerebral and kind, and, though Loki was clever, he was extremely raw and disturbed. Completely agree.
Thank you for reminding me of that film I saw when I was little but never thought was real (1941). Interesting and fun interview, of course. He seemed to enjoy it. Well, now I have a crush on him. How could one with that elegant voice of his?
@ziziHearts ,i totally agree:D
