Well i might have a suggestion for you. Do Jens cardio workout and ab exercises with Ankle and wrist weights. I ve been doing this over 6 weeks and have close to a spartan abs. still toning them right now some more. Visit my channel and watch my workout try out after doing it for 3 weeks.

Lift heavy, eat no sugar and little carbs. But I don't know if the quality of life is worth sacrificing even the littlest amounts of bad food. Those 300 actors got paid to workout hours and hours a day!
