Ezio Bosso is one of my favorite contemporary composers. This piece is really brilliant, it is rare to find such composition in which the double bass plays a central role. Thank you very much for posting it!

do you have any albums of his you'd recommend? i just saw a ballet in san francisco called "within the golden hour" with music by bosso, and it was ravishing.
