Keep looking until you find a good church. They're out there. Churches are dying today because so many stop going. Some churches need to realize it's not all about the inside of the church but the folks on the outside.

I find it hard to bring unsaved friends to the church today just because they are so quick to judge...actually its getting harder and harder to even hang out with so called Christians...as bad as I dont want to say it ..Christian friends I have are flakes and fakes ..just sayin

It seems that the worlds materialism,, power, status seems to be very important in somechurches..God forbid if you are a lowly person that is disabled you don't fit with the "cliches" I saw someone i know that attends a church at my hometown of Bayonne.she has not seen me in church for a long period of time. Regrettably i answered that i don't attend any church anympre but please pray for me..I.

For in the same way you judge others you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. I am a Youth Pastor and I have tattoos. I am glad that God only looks at the heart. He means come just as you are. He will clean you up not ridicule from those that feel they are better than the rest. I would say more but no room

I have not returned to church because of criticism of my disability..It's incredible how people in church seem to be more interested in ministries that put them on spotlight.. She has gained a lot of weight since 1985, when she did Hi-Tops. I think she looks better now that she gained the weight. She was a stick but now she looks healthier. I love this song, I really wish she would just minister this song when SHE sings it. What I mean by that is I feel like there is more she could do with the song, like be in tune and sing a word beyond the lyrics or the song, speak what the Holy Spirit's message to someone. She may do it, but in the videos I haven't seen it.

Just got back from Harvest 2009. She was incredible once again. Her voice is so clear and strong, and she sings with such ease.

But she looks better every time I see her at the harvest, stronger and wiser, & revived in Christ & in return she bless's us with her spiritual music in the Lord.
