Sorry dude but you are doing many fails like: Using your cannons fail and set them in fail place. If you shoot them's canons first will things be easier.

You sendt your cvalary to death. you should let them attack your soldiers then send your cvalary to kill the cannons or attack the france cvalary backward.

You was in the hill so you haved the advantage but you just moved your troops.

Typical europeon hold the line stratedgy. Most impressive when those horses ambushed the flanking group of franks. The artillery should have followed the horses so that the flank could be manipulated with your canons.

You can tell this is an early vid because of the use of reserves and that ridiculous formation which made your troops tactility inflexible, vulnerable to artillery, made friendly fire a certainty and finally made it easy to be flanked. Going to have to find a later one to see how they compare.

their is a button,to the right of the screen.

If you look two buttons up from the melee command you will find an arrow pointing forward. If you hold that the troops will move forward in the same formation.

2 NEVER put ur trops one behind the other or the ones who are behind will shoot their allies out!

Wow. I must say I'm very impressed by the Total War series... i myself have Rome TW because my comp isn't the best, but in a few short years TW has released some awesome strategy games! Also it was groundbreaking with Shogun TW and Medieval TW... Kudos to the Total war franchise!

I think Prussia have better Army than the French because French have been invaded by German so many time!! Of course the French also have its own best Generals and Skirmishes! That's why, the French have colonized parts of America like the Spanish and British!! The Prussia started a little late,, but they have very brave soldiers and intelligent political leaders, and they stood at a very power place as well during the 1800s!!

Germany is actually new concept. At this time there were DOZENS a little Germanies. Prussia was merely one of the kingdoms/duchies within Holy Roman Empire. Austria (playable too) was another.

Your card is a bit outdated imo, but the fps depends a lot in the screen resolution you are gonna use.

u might get to high with normal unit size. But in bigger battles i think you will get speed drops.

afaik (and i may be wrong) only 1366 socket motherboards support triple channel memory, and only i7 is 1366 for now. I presume your mobo is socket 775, and if i am correct it only supports dual channel, and since i think 1.5gb ram sticks do not exist, i guess you have 2x1gb sticks in one channel and 1x1gb in the other one, and that is not recommended.

But again, i may be wrong.

You are wrong. You can mix any size of ram dual channel as long as its the same type for instance I can have a dual channel kit 2x1gb pc6400 and 2x512mb pc6400 for 3gb total as long as they are both 6400. The only thing you might want to worry about matching is the timing(CL4,CL5) but really as long as its the same type of ram it doesnt matter.

He placed his units in a desired formation then grouped them. Once done, you can now select the group and issue a move order in which they will hold the formation that they were grouped in.
