I have those same subs and a 1200 watt boss amp, with 2 individual sealed boxes. its bumps pretty well but i didn't the lows as loud as i wanted. I ordered one ported box and its slaaaammmms almost 3 times louder with less power needed.. you should get a ported box on amazon for like 55 buck , its worth it.
@crrazyy dynomatt in all doors and roof i still get flexing on the roof, but i have here recently debridged the amp so im only pushing around 1500 to each speaker, a capacitor, and 8 tweeters, and something that comes with bass ive got tickets to prove it....
i don't get it man, why do people hate on other people set up, its what the owner wants, and what he wants to do, i like those speakers man, and nice setup, i have sony xplod, i'm aware that my subs are not really the best nor the best, but i'm happy with it, and thats all that matters, blow off any negative comments bro, i personally like those speakers, and they gave out clear defined lows, connected correctly you get the cleanest sound

people always hate, what you should do is face the subs toward the back, it allows them to produce a much louder and deeper sound. And also with all the money spent on custom box ect. you should replace thouse 12s with something that hit a little harder, JL audios are always a consistent good speaker but expensive, ive had great results with apline type R 12's.

i built this box and i'll tell you turnin it around won't do a damn thing. its a CRX enclosure so the port fires into the trunk, and since the trunk's atmospheric vents are held shut the trunk resonates without that annoying rattling or the wing falling off, plus this system on my audiobahn A2300HCT can flip a quarter on the roof, he wanted cheap good sound without ruining his car or using sound proofing, plus he's gotten offers of $500+ for just the subs n the box.. Urs do that??
