This is originally a FRENCH commercial. The words at the bottom arent from the ORIGINAL video. Therefore it misleads alot of people to think it "isn't". But believe me, it is a french commercial. I showed this to my French professor (im majoring in French Language Studies) & he told me he saw this on Tv when he lived in France.

They are obviously dutch. The NL sticker at the back of their car stands for "The Netherlands". The expression "Engels leren" is definitely not german but could be dutch.
