In one sense God is obviously not Catholic because the Catholic Church is His bride, and He cannot marry Himself.

On the other hand, it was very dangerous for Fr. Groeschel to say this without clarification that the Catholic Church absolutely IS the One True Church of God (perhaps he did clarify that later; the clip ends quickly).

This is a delusion. There is no such "animal" a a Change in Catholic theology. What Blasphemy this is. A dogma cannot be changed, neither may anything in the Real Deposit of Faith be "retaught."
