problem with jumping the raptor is that missile wont lock it up. our boys couldnt get a positive lokc when the thing was flyin' STRAIGHT! what makes you so sure you could hit it while in turns spoutin chaff and stuff?
I spent my summer in europe, and I saw some incredible jet flying. While driving through the highlands in scotland there were Tornado fighter jets flying BELOW us through the valleys.
Sure, a super-computer in a fighter jet is a great toy to have, but I dont care who you are, you will get your ass handed to you on a silver platter if you go toe-to-toe with any modern russian fighter.

The air force sent 5 experienced raptor pilots up in f-15's against one single raptor. It shot down all 5 before any of them saw the raptor. You can't hit what you can't see. :)
