Hey dude, nice video, but the problem with the cymbals, you can easly fix it by setting the MIDi notes on the module, so u can use the Edge as well, So, Press F2 ( in the module, of course ) then F3 then hit the Edge of the cymbals and configure it as the pad you want like this:

38 - red

46 - yellow

48 - blue

45 - green

49 - orange

36 - bass drums

You can set it up so that it is symmetrical to the GH kit but I suppose it's annoying moving everything around. It was with my Simmons set at least. I hated moving everything around just to make it like the GH set.

God damn people Mad Catz sells a Rock Band 3 midi adapter for $40 just for this purpose. And it lists in the manual each midi note that you need to assign the pads to. That simple. I have a Roland TD-4 and it works amazing with both Rock Band 3 and all the Guitar hero games which I have them all. Once you get one you wont want to stop playing with your e-drums kit. Trust me

you can assign each drum to a different midi channel on the drum brain allowing you to make multiple signals the same. Hence Kick is usually midi channel 36, snare usually 38 tom 40 so if you can change midi note for tom 2 to the same as tom 1 you wont need to split the signal.

it worked, connected, ready and everything.

but everything had a double hit, or more than double, none were single hits..

dude a way to sort out where to hit ur pads if no one has told you,

if u set the midi notes of the trigger u want to use, to the correct note (search around for them) it should work
