This is very good. It brings back many memories of my choir and our a cappella groups.
The only thing that I would suggest is your diction. It's very nice already, but you could try to go for better diction. That way, the ends of your words would be crisper, and then I would be able to understand the words completely, even if I didn't know this song already.
Try to raise the back of your mouth, and go for higher vowel sounds.
He didn't necessarily have to smile to get hi point across, you could see the emotion in the eyes. Plus if you smile, your mouth gets too wide and you start to sound nasally. Personally, I loved it, and thought all the voices blended well.
Very nice. You should work on connecting the words in the sentence. Think about singing whole phrases instead of only singing words.
