  • This was the second year in a row Mike Wallace got into the Daytona 500 by luck. He didn't deserve to be in the 500 in those years.

  • Anyone else miss the bad-ass body style they had at the Super Speedways before the COT?

  • Some people bitch about how great of equipment jeff has well let me tell you something ive seen countless times at racetracks that jeff would be terrible all weekend till the race came along how to you describe that great equipment or talent? I'd say incredible talent. Jeff learned from Earnhardt on the plate tracks just following him during the race.Bliss use to drive hendrick cars and still ran like shit. I heard Gordon popped his ass one too after chicago in 05!

  • Jeff Gordon rocks, he's a fucking beast!

  • I was so pissed after I found out Jeff Gordon Failed post Race inspection

  • The media hates Jeff Gordon period, he's usually always somewhere near the top of the leaderboard and they never talk about him.

  • Jeff Gordon made the pass for the win like a video game pass!

  • God I miss stock cars.

    xD

  • Jeff Gordon the best Duel racer

    1993 champ

    2002 champ

    2006 champ

    2007 champ

    2009 champ

3 out of the last 4 years incredible

  • yeah jr aint bad too HMS FOR LIFE

  • Back Then, It Was Actually His 4th Win In The Gatorade Duel At Daytona!!!!!

  • he has four wins they werent counting the on win

  • Jeff had a hell of a run that whole last lap it seemed like.

  • 7th to 3rd by turn 2, 3rd to 1st on the back stretch, and they care about some dumb fucks who, for the most part, werent factors

  • Jeff made a ridiculous run to win this thing. How many plate track wins do they miss Gordon making the winning pass at? It seems like just about every time it happens and it drives me nuts!

  • I know it pisses me off. This has happened like the last three times he's won on a plate track.

  • it pisses me off too...but i'll let this one slide. Honestly this really isn't even a race. The real race is to see who gets in the 500. But the Talladega one (1st COT plate race) is inexcusable!!! C'mon who gives a F#$% about 10th place.

  • @spursbucswhitesoxfan who are you talking about, 10th place, Gordon won the first COT superspeedway race

  • @mrps3fan I KNOW!!!! I WAS THERE IN TALLY!!!! I saw Gordon win with my own two eyes. The "10th place" comment comes from this vid (daytona duel race). When Gordon is making the winning pass the camera is focused on the 10th place cars (b/c the real race is who gets in the 500). Me and CowboysForever81 are simply saying that its bullshit the camera's don't capture the winning move.

    Hope that clears things up....

  • i was watchin race like "HELLO? WTF GUYS? Jeff Gordon just passed like 5 cars on the last lap and ur worried about people that will waste a position in the daytona 500."

  • the 09 finished 4th.yea thats a wasted position.

  • Absolutely Great move, too bad he got penalized after this, for a freakin' faulty piece

  • what a move

  • u know tony stewart and kurt busch was really gonna win daytona 500 i just got upset they both crashed then i stopped watching

  • lol...the 17 didn't get out of the way, jeff gordon faked the socks outta kenseth...if you look carefully, gordon makes a slight fake to the inside, and kenseth thought he was gonna get a push from gordon i f he stayed low...what a move!

  • why did the 17 got out of the way of the 24?

  • Because the right side of Matt's car would've been a pancake in the wall, 'cause he wasn't clear of Jeff.

  • Wait, never mind. I'm stupid. I think Matt was trying to make a move on Kurt, and Kurt was thinking about the #24, and just never saw Jeff.

  • yea great move hes tough to beat

  • damn gordon made a bold move between kenseth and busch huh?

  • It sucks that Jeff Gordon couldn't start 4th in the 500 because he failed the post-race inspection.

  • It does, that wasn't even his fault either. At least he finished well in the race though.

  • i might like jr but i think gordon is a very talented driver

  • Jr.'s one hell of a driver too. It's just sometimes when he's in position to win the race, he ends up getting something to go wrong. His winless streak should be over by now. He should've won at Richmond. He made one hell of a comeback in the Coke 600 though.

  • JEFF GORDON IS GOD IN A HUMAN BODY

  • I don't know about that, but he's the best damn driver I've ever seen! GO #24!

  • f**k the f**k outta u

  • fuck u linkman

  • typical idiotic Jeff gaywad, I mean Jeff Gordon fan

  • FUCK JIMMIE JOHNSON

  • Jimmie"cheater, user,no talent"Johnson. A spoiled brat. Just like most drivers from 2000-present. New fans need to pull there heads outta there asses and realize he just looks good in front of the camera. He doesn't give a shit about his fans.

  • exactly. he never thanks his fans for coming to the races. never at once have i heard him thank anyone for anything, even his bosses!

  • That includes Jeff Gordon, the person who made him. Arrogent prick.

  • whos ur driver

  • "and oh by the way.... jeff gordon won the race" lol at 1:58

  • its a duel not the race LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dude, he was trying to repeat what the anouncer said because he thought it was funny. I think he knows that this isn't the Daytona 500. Would've been a sweet finish if it was though.

  • Unless you were just kidding to.

  • a yeah!!!

  • Well hey, I didn't know.

  • classic gordon win

  • i dont like how jeff gets good cars and gets praise for runnin good, when guys like bliss, who can drive anything, get shit

  • Mike Bliss? HA!!!

  • get him in a good car...he'll be good, wont be a superstar though, but he's a good driver

  • true

  • How do you figure? The Blue Douche was behind the 24.

  • its duese . u just called kurt bush a douche way to go

  • I know. I got it right.

  • Sterling Marlin let Mike Wallace beat him on purpose. Hey Mikey2448, do you have the finish for Gatorade Duel Race #1?

  • This was just pathetic race coverage...

  • gordon is the man!!

  • people say Jr. and Stewart are better but who has 4 championships and 78 wins in 14 years???

nobody will catch the King, and nobody will catch Gordon either

  • i dont think richard petty is as good as everyone says he is. he came around at a time when there was really no one to compete with, not much competition. and when there was, he lost the majority of the races against them. like david pearson. he got good racing them, but not as good as everone says. dont get me wrong, he is good

  • Oh Richard Petty's for real. It's just Jeff Gordon's better. GO #24!

  • woooooooooo JEFF GORDON ROCKS WOOOOOOOOOT

  • Yeah, Jeff may not get 200 wins, but I see him with not 7, but 8 championships!

  • Nobody will catch Richard in the catagory of wins . Nobody will catch Jeff on the track! LOL! So I guess your right. Stewart and Jr. are good drivers though. You gotta admit.

  • cool and exciting

  • remember how kimmel had a good run

  • nice coverage by the jackbags at the speed channel. DW IS A YAPPIN FOOL

  • Yeah but with DW at least he aint like the idiots in all the other TV guys who air NASCAR races, DW actually knows the shit when your racing. Rusty Wallace isn't good for TV and DJ I guess is ok but I never seen him do coverage before so idk bout him. Bottom line, DW owns. Plus, hes an oldschool racer where it was move or be moved, something that todays NASCAR severely lacks.

  • Got to admit Jeff Gordon put a move on Kurt Busch.

  • It was a nice one too.

  • Why didn't Mayfield make the 500?

  • Marlin had to beat Mike Wallace in order for Mayfield to get in, and he didn't.

  • Oh. I thought the green car behind Kyle Busch was Mayfield, but it was J.J Yeley instead.

  • I hate how confusing the qualifying proceedure is. All I now is that I goota go fast and finish 1st lol

  • It should be simple for the Daytona 500. I know someone already mentioned this, but they said it should be for every race. I think it should only be for the Daytona 500. But it's an easy system though: the 43 fastest qualifiers are in. No duel race, no top-35 rule, no go-or-go-homers. They need to change it to that way, because there's guys who just can't afford to get their Daytona 500 car taken out.
