@atlasshrugged2u I'm British so can't comment specifically about the American middle class. I know that globally, countries need a stable and prosperous middle class, for several reasons: it gives a country stability, it gives the working class an attainable goal to strive towards, and hopefully attain. Without this, you risk social instability, which isn't good.

I like Elizabeth Warren, she's a good speaker.

The question must be asked, how did we get to a point where 1 salary 40 years ago could pay for a families lving, and now requires 2 salaries to meet the same life style?

I personally blame it on both capitalism and the federal reserve.
