a mi me encanta la cancion que esta en latin y la vamos a cantar los alumnos de 5'B en el miguel de libes y vamos a hacer una tarjeta denavidad y todo esto lo vamos a hacer en navidad ja ja
They are very young boys. Not yet at their very best (which is around 13 for a treble). They are pretty awesome for their age and not too nasal. Nasal is better than throaty anyway, it carries and doesn't destroy the voice. It is stage on of choir singing. Sing into your nose...
I have to say I agree with ProFriend here, though, they sing way too nasally for my taste. I know they are young, but there are plenty of young boys' choirs better than this.
@Chocolateluvr1987 Better than this? Sure. But the whole point of You Tube for many of us isn't that we must "just listen to the very best". It's about community, sharing, and connecting to others from around the world. People who post here are usually not professionals. These singers have heart, and soul, and should be proud of their accomplishment. They do what they do out of love, and it is that - not "professionalism" as some define it - that makes us truly human.
@lichtbroeder I wasn't talking about professional choirs, I was talking about amateur boys' choirs that sound nicer than this. I, personally, just don't like the nasal sound. Others may like it. It's a matter of taste, I suppose, and of what style is prevalent in your country. I think it's nice that people share these things on youtube, and obviously it doesn't need to be perfect for it, but if you share it on a public website, you can expect constructive criticism.
@lichtbroeder J'aime ces enfants qui chantent de leur mieux, ouvrant la bouche et souriants pour faire plaisir, donner le meilleur d'eux mêmes pour leur chef de Choeur et surtout l'Enfant-Jésus.

I dont like child choirs, either male or female or mixed child choirs are just not my taste too. I prefer a Strong and wonderful adult male choir or a magnificent mixed adult choir!
Reminds me of all the Luciano Pavarotti videos I have seen. but the tenor is supposed to reach out and put his hand on the kid's head. Other than the smart aleck comments, nicely done.
simply amazing...

You hate Children? Why do people like you even listen?
This was very well done, the man has a very good voice and the children were Beautiful, with voices of angels.
Did any of you take a look at the background of this Video?
That has go to be one fantastic nativity set up.

The boys' sound is too strident and nasal for my taste. I much prefer a slightly rounder, more mellow voicing.
