Communism is great in the "short run". Its better then capitalism on short periods of no more then 40-50 years - not more then 2 generations. Its much better for war times (in fact any country is communist in war times to a sertain degree) when people know what they are fighing for. The problem with that is people. The first generation of communism tend to believe in it and work harder. However after 2nd generation people 4get how bad it was and want more - communism fails.

Poland had freedom of religion and movement and wanted several alliances with Russia but Russians always hostile and said no. Orthodox had more rights in Poland then Catholics did in Russia. I know history stupid. Polonization in some important cases was voluntary like with Lithuania. King liked our Queen and 60% of Lithuanian nobles adopted Polish culture. Several Russian boyars like False Dmitry I wanted Poland to intervene. Poland had more freedom of religion/movement then Russia ever did. Polish King never wanted to invade until the Polish nobility pressured him to do so. Ukrainians are our friends today against Russia. Poland built cities there like Lwow and Ivano-Frankovsk. Well first of all Mongolians lived 1000 years ago and things were different back then. They were good at fighting but they werent good at inventing. Communism is great in the "short run". Its better then capitalism on short periods of no more then 40-50 years - not more then 2 generations. Its much better for war times (in fact any country is communist in war times to a sertain degree) when people know what they are fighing for. The problem with that is people. The first generation of communism tend to believe in it and work harder. However after 2nd generation people 4get how bad it was and want more - communism fails.

The Russians did not wipe off any nations and nationalities (like American Indians, for example). Russia had slavery (krepostnoe pravo) but who were the slaves? The Lithuanians? The Tatars? Polish King never wanted to invade until the Polish nobility pressured him to do so. Ukrainians are our friends today against Russia. Poland built cities there like Lwow and Ivano-Frankovsk. Ukrainians weren't killed. Russians on the other hand killed 7 million Ukrainians.

Is it? Thats what happened unfortunatelly. I didnt believe my self when I heard it. It was a goverment policy as well as the polish people behaved like Nazi. My dad knew a Jewish woman. Her parents were in Consentration camps - they lived in Poland. She once went back to poland with her parents to see the house they lived in. The woman came out of there and said "behind that house there is a dog cage - thats your home".

Well first of all Mongolians lived 1000 years ago and things were different back then. They were good at fighting but they werent good at inventing. This is typical for their race I'd say - they used to be Great worriers but they werent smart. In 1200 it was good enouph just to use swords. At 1300 it wasnt enouph. By then Russians had fire arms and they kicked them out. Polish are not great fighers nor smart race. I do not believe that they will rise one day. But well - I dont know the future.

In case you haven't noticed, History ALWAYS repeats itself. The Mongols eventually withered away just like the Ancient Rome, Greece, Egypt & even the Soviet Union.
As for not being good at inventing, What about their "whistling arrows" or the first Mongolian Alphabet? How about his first step into complex warfare? Or the fact Genghis Khan increased trade speed & efficiency greatly?
You greatly underestimate people. In the 1200's life wasn't as simple as you believe.

Well real empires dont disapear conpletelly. Yes Roman empire dose not exist today but Italy is still a strong country - its still not an outsider. Same with France, Britain and Spain. Even though they are not the supoer powers of today they are still at the top. Same with Russia who is not as powerfull as it used to be 30 years ago - but its still a power.

For example after WW2 the first two generations of USSR saw the horrors of war and saw improvement after. They believed that bright future comes and they worked hard. There was little corruption. At this time, they developed way faster then any capitalist country - first satalite, first animal in space, first human, first landing on the moon and so on - untill 70s. The new generation did not know the bad times - they did not respect what they had - they wanted more. This led to a failure.

Eh, The Communist idea is a wonderful one, But it is a complete & utter failure in the fact it fails to do what it promotes.
In WW2 27 million Soviets died thanks to Stalin's orders. Stalin knew his Generals tactics of "Brute Force" failed miserably against the Germans yet he still gave permission to allow the mass waves of Soviet troops straight into German bullets.
Why? Corruption, Communism promotes corruption always, just look at how it comes to power compared to democracy or capitalism?

Lenin started Communism in Russia & how did he do it? "Red Terror", Lenin is personally responsible for 4 to 5 million democides & millions of others slaughtered.
Communism failed in Russia in every way. During war times it failed miserably when it adopted "The Communist War Policy" in which ALL Soviet worker rights were taken away, ALL food could be confiscated by the Soviet military & any & all forms of business by law had to be nationalized.
So your wrong when you believe it was good.

lol I dont think its good. I dont like it. Lenin and Stalin were assholes thats true as well. However the "classical" communism was created after 1945 when yes USSR was developing must faster then USA until early 70s when they new generations (as predicted) wanted too much. In capitalism they are simply limited by the size of their pockets but in communism they think they are limited by the goverment - which leads to the failure of communism.

People in China do whatever they can to do business in Capitalist Hong Kong because they will make ten times the profit, People in mainland China are still dying of hunger & famine thanks to one mans failed idea of a Government controlled people.

the problem with people dying of hunger and famine in china is because they dont really practise communism nowadays, today's china is as bloody capitalistic as it gets, it is like britain during industrial rev. Europe and Canada are much closer towards socialism than china by a large margin. China is the last place where you can find communism nowadays, the chinese workers are being exploited by foreign and domestic capitalists with dirt cheap wage, and you call this communism?

The Government owns every media outlet, about 98% of all businesses, they have radical restrictions on the internet, families have restrictions on how many children they may have & if they break the restriction there child is killed & they are imprisoned, business men talk about how they are forced to bribe Government officials other wise there business assets are taken away.
If that's what you call Capitalism your using the wrong word, its Communism.

They would lose their job, or be fined a heavy fine, and this would most of time, lead to the family broken apart, the children become orphans. Killing children. Bullshit! In Capitalist goverment people are limited by the size of their pockets but in Communism they seem to be limited by goverment which leads to corruption and the will to become non communist because they think they will get that stuff in Capitalism.
Capitalism is a better Economical model however as I said it fails due to human nature. It will not work on earth lol.

On the contrary, in Capitalism everything relys on competition thus why Capitalist nations are roughly ten times more profitable than communist & socialist nations.
In Communism everything absolutely MUST be fair. Life isn't fair & Communism fails to realize that, people by nature are greedy so simply expecting a Government official to take from one person to give to another only causes the official to take what he wants rather than giving anything to anyone.
