I see how you guys are stealing what us northerns do lol. If you want some tips on spread layout and stuff feel free looks like alot of the birds whee flaring and not landing. I am on of the few people up in Michigan that hunt this way most of the year.Both big water and open marsh.

I am planing on build a layout/hybrid type boat that I can haul gear and layout shot out of.

we picked up plans from a waterfowl boat dealer in the usa he sell's both single a double layout plans , Next year we are going to build a double.

Im going to video a few hunts this fall 2010 on erie out of rondeau or long point so if they turn out ill post them here.

This is fun as hell, but they don't let us do it in MN.. You have to be touching or in shore vegetation.. Too dummys would kill themselves up here in the cold water.

i've always wanted to do this here, ive put my coffin blind on sand bars during the real low tides but ive aways wanted to try to boat thing, good job.
