American here, and I beg to differ. The act that did basically the same trick on America's Got Talent ("Quick Change" is what they called themselves) was nowhere near as good as these guys. There's video on YouTube, search "Quick Change America's Got Talent" and see for yourself.

well, i know they do this in a couple of the costume changes but it's easiest to see at 4:30 notice how she put her hands on the side of her chest? at the beginning she has fuller fronts than at the end of the performance some dresses are 'compacted' into the top. that's only for a few however! lots are done differently!!! also notice how the material of the last dress is a satiny one that os compacted easily?

I've noticed she puts her hands on the sides of her chest between each changes a few time, I got a fair idea of how they do the tricks but I am still amazed she could change from long gowns into mini short dresses, that is effortless, I would love to see their live shows, they are the best quick change artists, loved them since I first seen them on Chanel 7.

If you just think that the dress's are in layers then how do you explain the final dress after all the sparkle things fall over here. If that was behind many layers that would definitly show. That and the fact that if she had all those dresses on in layers, she would have like 4cm thick of dresses, and it would be incrediblly obvious, even looking through the cameras.

no there are little tabs that you pull and the top part of the dress falls down to create the bottom bit of the dress revealing the new design. thats why the dress gets slightly longer..when she goes in the tube thing with the short dress she quickly takes off the long layers and she has the short dress again.

In January of 2008 I had a chance to work quite with bit with Soul Mystique, Gavin & Lydia, as they did a number of performances on the ship that I was working on.

They are the nicest people, and even working backstage at their shows, I still don't know how some of the changes were done.

It has to be that each costume conceals the next somehow, and they're not full dresses, but just sort of 'coverings'. Then when she steps out of the 'bag' the old one is left in there. Or maybe the 'costume' is inside (part of) the bag and she slips into it when the bag is pulled up. You'll notice that she gets slimmer as the show progresses.
