I think rake sacked him, and that's how he fell over. Think about this for a second: Assuming the camera is being held at about head level (Of neck level), then rake would have been aiming for his crotch (I say this as he seems to only fall down, not be jumped, or pushed). And assuming rake didn't have a spontaneous speed boost (His speed at 2:55 to 2:58 seems rather slow), then only one explanation can be true. Rake punched him in the balls and then went to slashing. Anybody care to disagree?

Evan gets the phone call, and is the only one who can hear Jessie, assuming Jessie was even on the phone. He makes sure to present an emergency scenario so that he can go into the house first, alone, with a knife. Nobody sees the "altercation" besides Evan, who comes out covered in what is supposed to be his own blood. He objects to Vince going inside the house and observing the crime scene, or uploading the footage. Anyone else suspicious?

@MrElliottFish Actually thats an air/bullhorn that you hear. An air raid siren sounds completely different. It's much longer. There was one in an earlier video with the bags filled with blood. Most Silent Hill games feature air raid sirens too. Dunno what the air horn means yet.
