The American economy must balance horizontal (tradition) with vertical (new growth).

For example, traditional small businesses must be maintained as new industries surface.

It would take out the 4th - unreasonable searches and seizures / warrant to search persons or property. The 7th is, right to trial by jury in civil cases. You get no trial.
