Devon used to be one of the nicest parts of the country. The locals were friendly, restaurants were nice, nice beaches etc then you breed kids with destructive minds.
I visit paignton now when my train pulls in to the station i get greeted by smashed windows, a chav/s on a bike the high visibility of criminal damage don't anyone like anything looking nice anymore?
Torbay is messed up! No offence but i used to go on holidays to Paignton as a kid, back through the late 80s early 90s it was a really nice place to be, but now in the year 2007 what the fuck happened!
I actually live in Torbay (Brixham to be precise) and I've seen that graffiti in the subway millions of times. I think it's an excellent piece of conceptual artwork. This situation mirrors Banksy... he gets pissed on my British politicians and the British media, but he's a social artisic genius.
