  • Its true the man in the suit was the driver. Apparently the air bag smashed into his face and gave him a concussion.

  • I do the opposite. Make funny vids serious!

  • 1:31 Ewww, he just cut one!

  • Bravo.

  • 1:33 Leg it he's gonna blow lol

  • This is a very good example of how humans come together to help someone in need.

  • Good job guys team work god bless all those nice people for helping the person that was under the car

  • HOLY SHIT HE'S STILL MOVING!!! O-O

  • who cares about the fire! why didn't they start cpr on the guy or check to see if he's a live.

  • @TouXiong6606

He didn't need CPR. He was conscious when they pulled him out.

  • @BattIeKatTrolIKilIer One very very lucky man. 8 more lives to go.

  • @BattIeKatTrolIKilIer You seem to know a lot for an 'innocent' youtube viewer...

  • @dafitz26

Someone asked why they didn't start CPR. The answer was pretty simple. You don't do CPR on someone who is conscious.

  • @BattIeKatTrolIKilIer How did you know he was concious? Were you there? Possibly you drove the car? You aren't denying it!!

  • @dafitz26

I saw him on the news... talking from his hospital bed. You know how to use a search engine??? I didn't think so... that's too bad. The interview isn't that hard to find if you had a brain.

  • @BattIeKatTrolIKilIer I don't want to watch an interview of some guy. I sayed a stupid joke you Battle Kat Troll Killer, if that is your real name!

  • @dafitz26

I know you were joking. This is what I do when people troll serious vids. :P

  • ... I don't see a piece of gear on that biker... He is INCREDIBLY lucky to be alive... remember kids, All The Gear All The Time!

  • @BlueStrikeP On a newscast they show a picture of him on his bike from some time before this incident and he was indeed wearing a helmet, I'm guessing by the severity of this accident that it was probably knocked off him during the crash.

  • is he alive or dead?

  • @pali4life48 Alive..

  • amazing. people of all races come together to dafe a mans life. there is only one race. the human race

  • I bet if that was a hamburger under the car, that fat ass in the suit would help lift the car....

  • I believe the man in the suit was the driver of the car and was injured by his airbag deploying, as well as being in psychological shock because he thought he had just killed a guy. How about having some generosity of spirit (like the 15 or so brave rescuers) and cutting him a little slack. Celebrate the bravery and don't worry about one guy who wasn't up to being a hero.

  • @BeefyRalph Exactly! You really can't blame people for not being up to an emergency because we're all different, with different involvements in the situation. And adrenalin can make anybody stuff up a bit. Trust me it happens. I was once first on the scene of a two car head-on (in which one of the two women eventually died), and I beat myself up for ages afterwards for going into shock and not being the 'hero'. So I understand well how the guy might be feeling. I empathise.

  • @BeefyRalph Guess what. He's not the man driving. The man driving actually helped get the car off the guy. So the man in the suit really is just a lazy, no-good human-being.

  • This shows how well built BMWs are....motor was in flames and power is still on in the car..... THE HAZARDS ARE STILL ON

  • I would have lifted the car off the guy then walked over and knocked the asshole with the suit on clear off his fucking feet...

  • Wow the guy in the suit didn't even do anything, was just supervising...?

  • If you dislike this you are a sick ass human being.

  • This is the way America should always be.Loving and caring to people you don't even know.

  • goose bumps......lol

  • Damn that shits no joke

  • I so love Utah! Very courage's people

  • Did he die?

  • @in4ming i think you mean dieded

  • @chrisheskin1 really??? DID HE DIEDED???LMAO go back to english school before slagging anyone else...

  • @in4ming Niin onneksi sinäkin osaat kirjoittaa aina oikein vieraalla kielellä. Aika typerää kun kumminkin ymmärtää kysymyksen ja varmasti sinullekin tulee joskus kirjoitusvirheitä.

  • @MrPappa2566 I had to google translate your comment...

  • @in4ming Yeah sorry I was stupid I didn`t see what he was saying I feel so embaressed.

  • @MrPappa2566 You don't have to feel EMBARRASSED...xD I'm just kidding, I don't care about misspelled words at all!;) Merry x-mas!

  • @in4ming Yeah I know. Merry x maxia sinullekin! (to you!)

  • @in4ming Oh my bad!

  • Dont take this as fact but from the stories i've heard (Some from police officers in other agencies) The police officers were worried about the vehicle exploding or smoke inhalation. So yes they were trying to move him. But given the extent of the injuries it was a unanimous decision not too.Given the fact everyone had little time to think and they were all in shock everyone acted superb! (Including the guy in the suit who was in shock thinking he just killed that guy!)

  • that was very nice for the bystanders to save that man

  • who is the guy in the green shirt??

  • @tiffany7771 The guy in the green shirt is a construction worker that was working off camera. He is also a volunteer EMT. When the officers found this out, they told him to take over since he had more expertise then they did. The officers told him to ask for anything he needed and that more paramedics were already on the way. This all happened about a mile away from my home.

  • @jasonization1 That explains a lot. It also looks like the officers were about to lift the guy up until the construction worker/EMT told them not to, which might have saved the guy from further neck injury.

  • He's the guy in the suit who jus stands there the whole time and doesn't do a damn thing.

  • sad. and where was the car driver?

  • The most incredible part of the video begins at 1:08 with the girl pointing to the car and the man in the aqua shirt motioning with his arms for everyone to push over the car... omg my mouth dropped open

Then I actually breathed a sigh of relief at 4:10 when I could see the guy's arm move voluntarily, telling us he is alive and going to be okay

btw @DeossRamath you are so right... the true heroes among us are invisible...

  • Dude in the suit needs to be bitch slapped.

  • @oregrowncrawn True.

And you gotta love construction workers. These guys are the Salt of the Earth. It was one of them that ran over and saw he could grab the victim's leg and pull him out of there while the car was being heaved up.

  • Yes it is nice that people help each other in times like this..But why does it take tragedy to pull everyone together.

  • i am so grateful that the world is somewhat becoming nice.

  • how nice to see something like this, just when you think as you listen to the fucking politicians tell you they are going to leave you penniless and its done for your own good. nice to see good and honest good people.

  • probebley he was working aacros the streat wenn they lifted the car and it was finnesd you can see he went back to work with his gloves on

find the guy and send him allone to ellen

  • the guy with the blond hair and the sunn glasses who arrived first at the sean put in the most affort of al of them he motivated with kelsey adler al the people its a pitty i did not see him in the ellen show he disserves an even bigger present than al the other people i wrote to ellen already please do also people

    regards from holland

  • Watch the guy in the tie and suit, makes me sick. probably didn't want a mark to be left on his beautiful suit. At one point even leans on the car. horrible person.

  • @fd46kristian he's probably the guy driving the BMW

  • @fd46kristian _ I think the guy in the suit was the driver of the car.

  • @fd46kristian he is probably the driver of the car, thinking he is too cool to do what a human being would do because he's making 6 figure income with a expensive suit.

  • Without this person taking this video, we won't be able to witnessed that there are good Samaritans willing to sacrifice themselves despite the danger. And I saw a woman helping too.

  • These days more people are in the mind set; It's NOT my business; it's NOT my problem. Helping someone makes a difference. It's nice to see people STOP and HELP this poor helpless man under that burning car.

  • Mormons do have super powers, well done Utah!!

  • that guy in the green is aN unknown hero... he stuck out till the end ... GREAT TO KNOW GOOD PPL ARE STILL IN THIS WORLD FILLED WITH SO MUCH WAR

  • who ever filming the video should have got there ass down there and help too god damn it

  • alot of people in logan are CPR certified or trained in first aide. its a good thing to have. i have them.

  • @skullpancakes. i live in logan utah. logan has a huge college so there are lots of college kids around. and this kid actually lives in logan. you can study anything at the college....not just medicine :)

  • found this after seeing the video about the toddler in china. quite the contrast!

  • That guy in the green, is he a doctor?

  • @04saleenboy they said in the descripion students where there, so im guessing he was studying medicine or something

  • I wonder how many of the people posting here know ANYTHING about Fire & EMS? Not to mention Law Enforcement. I would like to find out who the first construction worker is, who the girls is that gets down on her stomach to look for the guy, and most importantly, who is the construction guy in the green shirt that has a medical kit and stays with the patient all the way until transport.?! Because cops are roving the streets, they are always first on the scene. They did what they trained for.

  • Stupid cops.. they were more worried bout the car. Then they almost moved the dude without any C-Spine precautions. The only thing that stopped them was they got their hands dirty. Glad they got the car off of him and that he lived. Even if the fire didn't get him I'm sure he still received burns from the cars exhaust and engine. Glad to see the dude in the green knew something and stuck with him.

  • In Call of Duty burning cars blow up within 10 seconds. This video is so fake.

  • @RichardGrantV it's very real

  • this footage reminds me that no matter how bad the world seems to be, most people are decent humans and will still go out of their way to try and help a person in distress

  • @chap8938 Yes, but apparently the hamburglar will not

  • @chap8938

    except china

  • does anyone know where i could find a news article about this for school?? and at 0:47, the dude that was driving the car comes in from the far left... weird.

  • Comment removed

  • Who is the ass in the suit not helping! It looks like he actually leans on the trunk of the car at one point!

  • The construction worker in the yellow hat looks like he badly burned his arm while lifting the car in the area where it was smoking hot. He knows he is in for a bad burn from the beginning cause he looks for a better spot but then just says fuck it.

  • that girl has a nice ass

  • Hah, one of those cops gave me an alcohol ticket once... Ass hole.

  • Terrible EMS work. It takes minutes for them to start treating him after they arrive!

  • @maumon086 You are an idiot. The cops, who im guessing are certified first responders start work right away but what they can do is limited. When you see the fire truck pull up the paramedic/firefighters begin working on him in seconds. Maybe you should know what you are talking about before you start ripping on the work of other people.

  • @maumon086 the cops concern is EVERYONES safety. getting the fire out is top on the list, if that car blows up we go from 1 person injured to many. The guy with the green shirt has a first aid kit the size of a carry on, clearly he is more then quailfied to do first aid. The cops job is now to secure the area, it is after all a busy road. That is why I recommend everyone get first aid certified, you never know when you will need it. Be safe.

  • This has inspired me to carry a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in my vehicle. What if we all did it?

  • This was amazing...them people are heros...that man was touched by an angel. It is hard to believe that there are still people willing to risk their live (besides cops, fire fighter, and people in those type of fields) for another human being to have a chance to live. And the man in the green shirt was an extra angel in disguise. Bless the man from the accident and all those who have helped to save him....may God bestoe MANY blessings onto them

  • This video made me cry. It is so nice to see some heroism in people and in our uniformed police when I have seen too many videos online showing cops beating up people; disrespecting them and the uniform they wear.

I am so glad the young man is going to get better. I do disagree that the only people that would afraid of cops are those with something to hide. How about those who have seen cops acting badly for no reason and hope that it does not happen to them?

  • Lol they start walking off saying " well umm yea, I'm no medic soooo uhh ehemm carry on.

  • the guy in the suit must be some rich lawyer who doesn't care if a "mid class" guy dies but his suit should remain clean!!

  • @TheA10Phonex What if that fatty in the suit just isn't strong enough? From the looks I do not expect him to join a sumo match and defeat every single opponent.

  • @StandingRedPanda so you think that the 14 yr-old girl is able to grab a sumo wrestler, and toss him over 200 yards??

  • The girl is the one who led this and spotted him under the car..brave girl. I wish I could be like her in this situation.

  • I think the most touching part of this was all those people come together, save the mans life and then walk away knowing that they did a great deed and want to just fade into the crowd for they don't or won't want to be called "Heros"...Which they are and forever will be.

  • すごい 車を持ち上げたみんなに拍手

  • DANG! Props to all u heroes that helped that dude! He shouldve been wearing a hgelmet tho! :( I hope hat dude is ok tho

  • I just want to request a prayer for the quick and full recovery of the injured guy. I do not think posting negative, nasty or pretending to be someone in this forum will do anyone any good. I am thankful that we have amazing citizens in America that show the meaning of serving your country. To all civilians, officers, people that helped and firemen. THANK YOU. May God bless you all, and heal the person that was hurt.

  • @MrBillydixon Whether you're telling the truth or just being an ass, there's a special place in hell for people like you.

  • the man in suit i bet is a politican or a lawyer and something like this i hate people like this!

and we vote for useless man like this!!!! fuk politians!

the real heros are on the streets!

  • Videos like this make me laugh at people who are like "Firefighters are the real heroes and cops are PIGS and don't do shit" Don't get me wrong firefighters are real heroes too, but there is a misconception cops don't do anything but beat people. When in this video the police put out the fire before the firefighters got there, gave first response medical care before the paramedics worked on him, kept on lookers back, helped lift the car etc. Just something I noticed. Good job to all involved.

  • @SpartanicalSystem 6 minutes before the firetruck arrives and 7 1/2 minutes before the paramedics are kneeling down and administering aid to the poor guy. Wow, that's a lot of time. Yes, lucky for him that one guy gave first response care to him...

  • @MRooter That's why I hate people who judge the police by the actions of a few crooked "bad apples" 99% are very hard working, nice, heroes.

  • @SpartanicalSystem Yep, like you said and I tell my kids, cops are there to protect and serve and 99.9% do so. The only people scared of the cops are the people with something to hide...

  • it just took 45 sec to save a mens life...

  • William Dixon lives in St. George, Utah more than 350 miles away from the accident. He was not present at the accident.

  • The guy in the green shirt must be a doctor or paramedic on his day off. That's the way it should be. Concern for the human condition, even if it means working for free on your day off. Props to him!

  • The guy in the green shirt must be a doctor or paramedic on his day off. That's the way it should be. Concern for the human condition, even if it means working for free on your day off. Props to him!

  • Someone is claiming to be an attorney by the name of Mr.BillyDixon and he is posting reprehensible things about the Logan car accident that started on fire. I am not that man. I am the only attorney named William Dixon licensed in Utah; therefore Mr.BillyDixon is a fraud.

  • three cheers for the old man in the green shirt....

  • Utahns makin a good name for themselves.

  • This makes me believe people are good again.

  • At one point the fat guy in the suit leans on the boot of the car with 1 arm... Like he's just chilling, adding extra weight to the poor guy underneath.

    What a Nonce.

  • no one is saying anything about the guy in the green shirt! Not even the cops checked to see if he was alive. What a joke.

  • @phazer131 "the guy in the green shirt" identified himself to the cops as an RN.

  • Great Video! You captured everything.

  • Why am I crying?

  • @iiZombiee Same here. Just glad there are still decent people in this world who don't turn their backs on these situations.

  • @thebeatonpath Definitely agree. =') The World needs more people like this.

  • Thank goodness there were some people who were willing to risk their lives to get the young man out from under the car. They did this realizing the car may blow at any moment.

  • @flr255flk Car dont blow up like the movies... Watch Mithbusters...

  • Dude in the suit on cell phone: "Hey guys, barbecue tonight! It's on me and the working class!"

  • Comment removed

  • Good call by everyone not to use fire extinguishers until the pulled the man out from under the car; if they had, they most likely would have killed him.

These people saved this man's life; the car could have exploded at any time and they still risked picking the car up anyway.

  • We have nephews this young man's age & I can tell I would be totally devastated if I injured anyone, more so of Brandon. In fairness to the driver, he had already asked one 'bystander' if he thot the young man was OK, to which the reply was, "No! No, I don't!" The driver broke down crying we're told. I can't imagine this man's relief to know that Brandon is not only alive, but will make a full recovery.

  • bravo!

  • What ticks me off most is the DUMB ASS COPS who just assume he's Dead without checking for a pulse and attempt to move his body, but thank God the Guy in the green shirt tells them to stop and checks him realizing he is still alive, then all the DUMB ASS Cops do is stand there talking on there walkie-talkies,...

  • Maybe the guy in the suit should have put his glasses on before he got behind the wheel of his BMW...... just a thought.

  • Everyone is hating on the man in the suit because he was the driver. Put yourself in his shoes, you just hit someone and they are underneather your car, guarantee he is in the state of shock and has no idea what to do. And the fact is he feels absoultely horrible, people make mistakes and no one is a perfect driver. The only thing that should matter was a life was saved because of 14 brave people to go up to a burning vehicle that could have blown up at any moment. That's what matters.

  • @hele0702 I REALLY hate to correct you, but The man in the suit was not the driver of the car. The driver of the car was the man in the blue T-Shirt who came running up from the bottom of the footage at 0:45. The man in suit who knows what he was. wxyz.com has a report on the incident and actually identifies the man in the suit as a bystander.

BTW, the driver of the BMW was at fault.

  • @graytgray: The man in the suit is John D. Johnson and was the driver of the car. WXYZ is Detroit station. Local stations out of SLC identified the man as the driver of the car.

  • @ecoflame hmmm then I stand corrected. my sources were faulted. I actually started to figure that out when like, every single forum QUOTED WXYZ.

  • the guy in the suit was calling 911 to report that his suit wasnt damaged and to let the EMS know they didnt have to come after all. WAIT...did he pull galsses out of his jacket pocket and put them on AFTER the crash? someone needs to look into that and check his phone logs to see if he was texting when the crash happened. Thank god he (the motorcyclists) was okay. Thank you heroes of the day. Except you jerk in the suit.

  • @gurgle1624 He wasnt the driver WXYZ.com has a report on it

  • @graytgray thank you for the update, good to know he wanst the driver, still wish he could have helped with the lift just a bit but at least the motorcyclist is okay main importance. If the black suit is reading this I apologize for my assumption.

  • @gurgle1624: He was the driver of the car; thus, the reasoning behind his actions. He was shocky and as those who actually lifted the car stated on 'the ellen show' the driver was very distraught & crying.

  • It's nice to see that some people will risk their well being to save someone else still. :)

  • For clarification, the guy in the suit may have been dazed due to airbag being deployed in his face (just a thought). But it is amazing what the folks did, they are all Heros in my book. The guy in the Green shirt is a RN that lives here in the valley. He saw the accident, grabbed his kit to see if he could help and stopped the officers from moving the injured guy further. This made the news all over but is the kind of thing that his the norm around here. People stopping to help others in need

  • maybe but did U notice he pulled glasses out of his jacket pocket & put them on after the crash? Another thing that is the norm around here is the fact that drivers have no regards 2 others in crosswalks or motorcyclists. People cut each other off, run turning lane lights & pull in front of pedestrians all the time here in Logan. Im starting my "redlight runners" site again in a few days after I get back in town so all of you who run redlights watch out your gonna be on video.

  • @bobstrongbear1 He wasnt the driver

  • If it wasnt a beamer it would not have taken so manny to lift it. buy a yaris.

  • The man in the suit was on the phone with 9-11 and the driver of the car

  • 14 heroes and one coward in a suit.

  • @brrrlak read above

  • @brrrlak I agree 100%

  • *Americans

  • Score one for America.

  • If you look at that fire, that's one hellified fire. It absolutely floors me how all these folks somehow seem oblivious to the fire, focusing their panic & energy into getting that car UP and/or over to get the cyclist out. The naysayers can go eat dirt. People do what they must in situations such as this and I will not second guess any of these folk's actions based on after-sight. Yeah, they coulda, shoulda - it's over and it WORKED.

  • The gas tank could have exploded at any time. Thanks to all that pulled together to save this man's live.

  • COPS JUST TAKE THEIR TIME, HE COULD HAVE DIED ANY MINUTE!!!

  • The guy in the suit probably owned the car - and was probably in shock from hitting the cyclist...

  • kurwa szkoda tego BMW

  • wow this video has to make people still believe that there are great people in the world. after seeing all the pain and evil that is out there in the world, it's nice to see the goodness and selflessness come out in people. wow... brings a tear to my eye

  • I could bet anything that the only time the guy in the suit would have shown any emotion was if all the people flipped his car over.

  • I've been in a car accident. A big one. Uninjured, I stepped out and walked around in shock. The BMW driver in this video had all the symptoms of being in shock. All you people passing judgement on him have no clue. NO clue what it is like. It is so easy watching a video not knowing what emotions are behind the people in them.

  • @Nfarce I agree with you. I also think that the judgmental people on here need to step back and realize that a man's life was saved regardless who did what or didn't. I saw in the beginning of the video one single man try to LIFT the car by HIMSELF, I find that to be amazing. All of a sudden I saw people coming from everywhere to lift the car and I know that the only thing that mattered was saving this man's life, not who did what.
