both their hair is thick so spiking it isn't that difficult, however there spikes are not diefined they should've used a flat iron and curved it from the root and worked it up straight to achieve well defined spikes, sams here just looks like 80's goth hair, like a slightly modifyed robert smith or siousixe siou
