I ♥ both of those bands they are two of my most favorite bands. They both have great music. I listen to them all the time. Fall Out Boy for when your in a crappy mood because they're funny and you can sing along. and Panic! at the Disco for when your in a happy mood because it will help you tone down a bit!!!
