@PIGGKILLA same kind but not the exact same thing. the one he got was tuned by suzuki (bunta got it from a sukuki garage) and he ran the engine from the n2 class but not the formula atlantic one. they are virtually the same thing though... just stating it out there.

Maaaann!!! This is my dream engine!!! I wish my ae86 runs with this. But sadly it only runs a 4AC which only has about 90hp (if I'm lucky) T_T.

@ericmies824 i know u asked him, but if ur gonna buy i there almost impossible to find since they no longer make them, n if ur going to build it urself it will run u close to 10k if no more however u can build a regular 4age crossing formula atlantic parts over and it wont look like a formula atlantic motor but the specs will be the same n it will sound the same, is also cheaper alot cheaper. im not a mechanic but have friend thats building a 4age with those specs

If it's like racing car and nah, no problems I think lol It happen to Mr Akira Iida when he got his TRD Group A AE101 20v Silvertop 4AGE(The engine from Initial D on Takumi's AE86 is real LOL) but it's been de tuned approx 230 Horses with 9,000 RPM but The engine is pretty sick

Wish people could stop making lame and gay initial D references, even this engine won't rev to 11k... Instructions to build them are in the TRD bible, but it's written some time ago and so off memory it's written with 48mm dellorto carbs rather than throttle bodies as seen here etc.

@NickNugget1978 they sell them just research a used formula atlantic car, buy a used engine and rebuild it. All the parts to build it are online and in the trd catalogue. That said this car ISNT a street car. for a street motor its better you stick to a 20V in my opinion. a 20V in a stock 86 chassis is alot of car for the street.

@Ejayone974 they all vary. some make more power at different rpm etc. the one that was 11k just happened to make power up to 11k then it would drop out.

@The1320Addiction The specs are in the TRD levin sprinter bible which is an instruction manual for building N2 and Group A AE86's covering all aspects. You can find it on the net for Download. Many TRD parts are discontinued so you may have to source similar parts of the same spec. gl
