  • Thank you so much! I was never able to wear eye liner up to now <3

  • @ylso1223 I totally agree!!!! Whats up with ALL these haters replies????? I LUV EnKore VIDS I actually have a muscle disorder and on my BAD days it can be hard to line straight so I'm actually gonna try this soon. THNX Kor

  • um. im sorry but that is such a shit technique. why would you want to stick something on your eye? its just kinda.. tacky.

  • The liner is so thick, isn't liquid suppose to me nice and thin? Second I love your hand in the video!

  • so, what if i want to put on eye shadow on before? what should i do?

  • @sokrChiick And??

  • i love your intro :D

  • wait... wont the eyeshadow come off...?

  • Genius.

  • probly will take off some eyeshadow..but just line first if that's the case..

  • Wouldn't the adhesive take off eyeshadow?

  • Thank You So Much! If Been Looking For A Way To Apply Liquid Liner While Having Very Shakey Hands : ) This Helps So Much, Thanks Again : )

  • i'm extremely fair skinned and everytime i do my liner - pencil or liquid - theres a line of my skin color that shows along by my lashses that i can't get rid of. i've tried building up mascara and everything and nothing works. do you know how i can fix this? or maybe i'm not smudging it into my lash line enough?

  • @iloveart3 u need to tightline :D OR use a flat brush and fill in any gab or line u c with mac's CARBON eyeshadow

  • @hellokitty3307 oh! haha ok :) thanks!! that white line drives me crazy so i just line my waterline but i'd rather have the top!

  • what a great idea!!!

    thanx for sharing

  • cool thanks not being mean tbh are you gay coz you waer makeup stuff ?? tb please

  • Neat! I personally use Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner; I've never had a liner (whether pencil, liquid, etc.) go on as easily, smoothly, cleaning & sharply as it using a nice makeup brush for it.

  • this worked really great for mee, thanks so much! <3

  • you are a genius! i'm so happy i came across one of your videos :D

  • i drink too much coffee in the morning and my liquid eyeliner always looks weird! Im trying this tomorrow. Thanks dear!

  • r u gay ?

  • fml, why do u care?! it's a makeup tip, tutorial, DIY channel, not a personal info. channel.

  • I miss that song (the intro)

  • ALOHA... i liked this video alot GREAT idea!! im kinda new w/applying makeup & this technique would help me alot. NEWBIE w/a eyeliner that has shaky hands. :p im sure w/a lot of practice ill be a PRO like U :)

jus wondering if regular SCOTCH tape would work the same as the POST IT tags?

  • I think it would work the same way except scotch tape is much stickier than Post-it notes so just stick it on your hand and peel off once or twice to make it less sticky but still enough for it to adhere to your eyelids. :) I used the scotch tape trick after watching on Makeupgeek and I just stuck it on and it wasn't pleasant when I peeled it off.

  • oh wow brilliant :o)

  • Oh wow! I am going to show my mom this, she has been taking lithium for 20 years and has severe hand tremors from it; so this is a great technique. She also wears glasses and draws her liner on WAY too thick. This is such a great idea!

  • wow

  • AS IF U PUT THE MAKEUP ON URSELF !!!

    WOAH UR COOL LOL !!!

    x

  • what a great solution

  • awesome!

  • thank you so much can't wait to try that one..

  • I love your tutorials... You explain so well how to do step to step of all the make up .. Thanks

  • Thank you so much!! I don't have a steady hand and am always messing up liner.

  • ok seriously,, this worked! i am so thrilled! thanks, enkore!!!

  • ok, question, i've got the liquid liner thing down, but i have natural long curly lashes and every time i apply liquid liner i get it on my lashed. since i rarely where mascara i dont like this to happen. how can i keep the liner off of my lashes (tips by the way, not base)? should i be holding the applicator differently?

  • that happens to me as well, but i wear mascara so it doesn't bother me. try tipping the applicator at more of a sideways tilt. and if that doesn't work, wet a cotton bud or better, a cosmetic cotton bud that has one side pointed, and just remove. get in the lashes and sort of zig-zag. you could also try an eyebrow brush to carefully clean your lashes.

  • this is amazing! i still have problems with applying lquid eyeliner

  • That is brilliant!

  • That's a great tip!! But, wouldn't this take off your shadow if you did that part first?

  • amazing!

  • you're tips are awesome! :D

  • This video is a God-send. I HATE liquid liner cuz I always f*** it up lol. but it always looks better than regular pencil liner (in my opinion)

    thnx!

  • Absolutely freakin' brilliant!!! Now I finally have a use for those things lol

  • I can finally wear liquid eyeliner. Im serious! lol this is such a great tip :)

  • GENIUS!

  • ahahah lool! so simple but worrks :P nice

  • Great tip! Thanks! :D

  • Thanks so much for this! I have MS and when my hands are shaky my eyeliner looks quite the mess. I've learned a lot watching your videos today. I stan for EnKore! *off to office supply store and Michaels*

  • rofl

    thats smart, but a waste

  • Terrific thanks

  • great it help me alot because my eyeliner would be the way i do.nt want it

  • I never know that I have shaky hands till I try applying liquid eyeliner! Omg. I am so going to try this out!! ;)

  • does the adhesive get in the way of ur eyes like dat sticky feeling left from the tape??

  • no not at all - no residue whatsoever - these post it notes thingies really have very sift tack adhesive, so it doesnt really stick to the skin like stronger tapes do.

  • Would selotape work too??

    =]

  • Can we still use this if we already have eyeshadow on?

  • noo, it will ruin your eyeshadow.

  • ah! you are so smart!

  • that was genius! thnx for the great tip :)

  • this is really helpful, thanks!

but what if your wearing it with eyeshadow? because with me, what i do is that i work really hard on the eyeshadow, and then all my work gets ruined when trying to apply liquid eyeliner. is it just practice then?

  • just do it with little pressure so that the eyeshadow doesnt get distrubed. If it does, just use a blending brush and smooth out what ever smudged if any.

  • That is perfect

  • perfect

  • Great video...very helpful. I am horrible at applying liquid liner! I am definately going to try this! Thanks.

  • i really like the way liquid liner looks, but its a real pain wearing it for me T_T the substance always gets in my eye and becomes a disgusting stringy blob and when i try to remove it im constantly picking at my eye.

  • yer hekkaaaa smart.i sh0uld try tht.thnx =]

  • Thank you thank you thank you for this tip. I never really line my eyes cause my hands shake so bad. So I will deffinitly try this.

    Thank you!

  • wow,

this is actually the smartest makeup tip ever.

my hands are everrrr so shakey,

    so this really helps.

  • You are like my cyber-make-up-angel! <33 Thanx so much for sharing what you know!

  • this is a really good tip even thought i'm thirteen and i learned how to use liquid straight - no pencil. i find it hard to do it pencil way.. lol. i'm just opposite.. lol

  • Thank you i've been trying to find a trick for this.

  • the only problem with this technique...is what if i have eyeshadow on...i don't want to stick something on top of my eyeshadow only to have it be peeled off by the adhesive...very creative though!

  • hey Colts - the tabs are really low tack, it just lightly stick to the skin.

  • Thank Yhu EnKore! Thats the bestest tip like, EVER! Thanks! Ive got a tip from Sandy Gold.

    1) Draw the line with an eyeliner pencil.

    2) Go over it with the liquid liner.

    LuvYha xX

  • U come up with the most creative ideas. I would've never thought of doing this!

  • That is a GREAT tip! Thanks.

  • i tried it right now and its the best thin ever since mine always came out ugly and not straight thnks ur da best

great tip i even told my sister and she loved it

  • Omg thankyou!!! i've been trying to figure out how to apply eyeliner when my hand is shaking soo much! Thanks!!!<3

  • SUPERB!! i'm awed!! :) mabuhay enkore!!

  • Thanks a lot.... You are awesome!

    Eyelining question:

I apply khol to the inner part of my lower eyelids, which makes my eyes look good. But after sometime, they run towards the fine lines below... How can I avoid this?

  • Kohls smudges and melts easily. Try using something that is more smudgeproof, like Powerpoint pencils.

  • OMG! Thank you thank you thank you!

  • omg, i sooooo gotta try that!

what kinda liquid eyeliner did you use?

  • I used Fluidline in Blacktrack.

  • Koren = Genius.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for so generously sharing your knowledge with us.

  • awesome tip

  • that is so neat and extremely helpfull. i like your video's!!!!

  • that's awesome thanks

  • I have NEVER thought of that! You have the most amazing tips! I just found you and I stayed up until past 1am last night watching; I was enthralled :)

  • wow this is such a great tip! i can't say how many times i've been frustrated trying to get a smooth line with liquid liner and then just getting it all over the place. I'll definitely try this. <3

  • can we also use masking tape instead of the post it flags

  • hey Katy - just make sure its the LOW pressure sensitive one. So that way it doesnt get sticky on your lids.

  • thanks enkore! :) ur really amazing! :) luv ya!!!

  • you rock Enkore :D

  • Does the post it smudge your eyeshadow if you do liner last? if it does and you do it first, how do you make sure your liner stays good if you do the liner first?

  • No it doesnt smudge the shadow. Its very low adhesion, so you can do shadows then do the flags to line.

  • I am going to buy those flags tomorrow. Thanks Koren.

  • me too!:)

  • OMG thats really clever spose u cud u n e thing sticky as long as it doesnt take ur skin of wen u peel it off lol!

  • wow i never thought of that =D gd idea!

  • Wow that's a great idea! :) thankyou.

  • That is such a neat trick!! ^______^

    short feathery strokes? it usually

    turns out good each time.

  • Brilliant!

  • hey good tip! Your so cute i just want to pinch your cheeks. lol =] I like your videos!

  • I find your videos very informative. Very practical and easy to follow. Love it! Im telling all my friends bout your vids. Im sure theyll gonna like it too. You look like someone from back home, you from the Phil.?

  • Thanks for the video!

  • What if you have shadows and you don't want it to get ruined by the sticker? I'm one of those who can't work with liquid liner/brush liner cuz I have stubborn hands :( Any other way to do it without the sticker?

How was your Miss Saigon? :D You should have a clip of it with you on stage would love to see you perform! :)

  • it doesnt disturb your shadow. It's pressure sensitive, so it doesnt really require a hard press that can disturb the shadow. If you prefer free-hand, make sure the brush is not wet at all and just lightly set the initial parameters of the line, then just layer more liquid liner until you get the desired intensity.

  • Oh yeah - Miss Saigon is going well, we open on Wednesday already! I will post a clip once it gets filmed at some point. It's a union show, so who knows.

  • this is a great videos!!!
