The comments section under Satch videos is one of the few places on YouTube where people are... actually nice! Any other video with a guitarist and you'd have people tearing each other's throats out about who's the best, and then Mister Bieber would randomly brought into the fray. Everyone here just seems to be able to sit back and enjoy the music, which is a rather lovely change. :)

You don't do it with a whammy pedal like that guy just said. You pinch an open string or two and raise the whammy bar and bring it back down.

for that epic sound you just make a harmonic (pinch(artificial), natural, semi) and mess around with your tremolo(dive bomb, pull, dive bomb and raise, etc.).

I always end up liking a particular Joe Satriani song more once I've heard Joe play it live. I never thought too much about this song earlier, but now I just love it! Quite amazing this!

This is the first time i have heard this song and i must say it is really amazing! its just amazing to see him playing this LIVE, not many bands/artists can perform to such an extent live but Satch pulls it off perfectly.
