dude... verizon doesn't have sim card slots for thier old 8320's. it's a memory card.

didn't help, i've tried this multiple times, i've gone through 4 Blackberry 8310 Curves, they all have trackball and keyboard problems. i highly suggest NOT getting a blackberry

So I've been going through forums and such and I have the Blackberry Curve 8330. I've had my phone for 16 months now and I've never had a problem. Sure the ball goes on it every once in awhile but it's been no biggie until a few days ago. I've been seeing a lot of people have been having the same problem as me with the phone freezing and none of the buttons work and when the screen goes black, that's it. batterypull not a thing. My question is where's the hard reset? Like do i need a needle?

What if this doesnt work? I take out the batter and it restarts, then it wont let me click anything(text messages, browser, email) and it wont do anythign, once its not active for a couple second(when the black screen comes on) i press any button and the screen wont even light up..
