no the story of floosi and the hell hounds is that floosi was given to samantha so dr. max forgot flosi was pregnant during the process of the super human on floosi but while floosi was pregnant and the test failed floosi gave birth during the processes that is why the hell hounds keep spawning and since samantha is the leader of zombies explains why the zombies like the monkey bomb but the dogs dont because they are different minds
