Hi, sorry for the super late reply... I've been so busy to the point that it's getting ridiculous. Anyway, the only advice I really can give is to listen to the song again and again and again, and play the melody while listening to it. Once you've got that down, add in the base and always use chords to fill up the time. That's all I've ever done, and although I can't imagine that it works for everyone, it's seemed to work out for me.

Hi it's really a blessing to know that someone like you have special talent that could help others be blessed, i am excited because my Pastor-Husband is going to sing this song on our 25th Church Anniversary on May 2011 but sad to say i can't convert it to MP3, i'm having a hard time doing it now but i pray that somehow it will work. This is a very beautiful arrangement. I am also one of those types of piano players that listens by ear as well, but that's why it's harder for me to read notes quick. oh wow, this is beautiful! i love this song. i have the movie and i gotta say, you are pretty darn close! i play the piano! i've been taking lessons for about 8 years, but im not that good, not as good as you anyway. at 7 i could play the song "Scales and Apegioes" by ear just from watching the movie The Aristocats! haha!And "Colours of the Wind" from Pocahontas! lol i love that song! and just last Christmas i could play Amzing Grace and Hark the Harold Angels by ear! anyway, YOU DID AMAZING!!!

(You could try writing sheet music to people, if you can memorize the keys you press and so on...)

Have you tried something like Cubase? where you can record in as you play and there's a function on it that allows you to see it as a notated score? I think you can download some of the older free versions off the net. Beautiful playing xx

I think this song captures the very essens of excistense. I cant help crying every time I hear it or sing it my self. I feel the lord beeing very present in this - even though its from an animated movie. Its a shame its so unknown to most people.
