Thank you for the videos,,,I almost fainted when I heard the song,,,Tahour is my x-brother in law...He is such a wonderful man and saint....shukran jazeelan
Thanks for posting the video, great to watch, gonna try it out, can you please tell me what type of flour did you use for the dough, is it plain flour?, or chapatti flour? or another?
I really liked this video and the accompanying music. If someone would be so kind to share the vocalist/band/name with me, I would be truly grateful. Thank you for your consideration and time.
Salam Alaikum sister, I love this BREAD! Thank you so much for this video! Do you have a video on making Fekas (Feqas? not sure of the spelling!) and the appetizer dish that's like a salad with bell peppers and tomatoes etc?
Oh my goodness, me and my husband almost fainted when we saw this video... This was my absolute favorite thing to eat in Morocco and you made the directions so easy I think I can do it. Oh sister you are a true god send for this family I tell you I am a bread making machine now. LOL
salamualaukum, hehehe I am glad my video would be of any help. I hope you wont be discouraged if it doent come out right the first time because its normal but the more you make the better you will be at it. just let the dough rest so that you can work with it and be generous with the melted butter while stuffing and cooking the rgifa. if you need any further help please let me know, salamualaykum
do you mean msmen? if you do then yes, the dough is basically the same except that it might be stuffed or not, and it might have a square shape or round.
My husband is Moroccan and im always looking for simple Moroccan recipes I can surprise him with. Thanks!
