Check out Victor Wooten, an Amazing bass player!, it will help your playing tremendously. Les Claypool is not bad either but he sticks to a lot of open slap and triplets. Victor Wooten will blow your mind.

This is me, the guitar player and main vocalist. This was an interesting night because I was sick with some killer virus that gave me ulcers in my throat and just about gave me a sinus infection. I was nervous and had a slight fever, so there are some flubs, but I'm very proud of this performance!
