Saints Row is far superior in general craziness and ridiculousness, thanks to the Whored Mode, costumes and activities.

On the other hand, the storyline of SR is complete ass compared to GTA IV's. Grand Theft Auto has always shined in the story department. (Atleast ever since GTA III).

Both games are great, Saints Row is far more fun imo, but GTA has better storyline. SR3 was fucking horrid, it was short, has shitouse customization compared to SR2, and they killed Johnny Gat off. Saints Row is exponentially better them GTA because in Saints Row, when you exit a vehicle and are on foot, you actually move around like a person not a freaking car!!!! @littledude743 1) GTA has got a ton more tutorials though. First few missions of Saints Row: The Third is tutorial yes but GTA didnt know how to stop. I went a good two hours fighting with the controls, and boring tutorial missions. 2) I have played all of the Saints Row games in fact, and the only think worse is that 3 doesnt have the septic truck. Also last time I checking I'm not everyone else so I have this thing called an opinion, which is my own, and yes I like Saints Row 3 more.

It just fit so beautifully to be parachuting into a crowded gang penthouse on your own or with one friend right into a huge gunfight, I'm hoping they let you do at least what you can in in this in terms of customization for SR4, this was literally the most fun I had in SR, in 2 it kinda annoyed me that I couldn't properly make an authentically american character, voice had a bit of a gang accent, and the face always turned out asian looking, but this time it worked.
