@wetanet , hopefully we get a warm sunny day to bring them out. Ive tried all winter from yates to past coyote joes and have never hooked or seen a trout in the river :( im wondering if they are not more in the lower river where it is deeper.
Do you also use indicators?

There are some winter hold overs but they are often lethargic and hard to catch.

The trick is to definitely move around and cover a lot of water. The bite can be strong during a Jan/Feb thaw.
