okay i get it, but will the bat head be below the hands most or all the time? and when would it be above or level? also are you always gonna be swinging up through the ball

@LongGone141 Dipping is good when you are 'dipping' your back shoulder to make it level to the plain of the baseball. See bftgu.com/baseball-instruction­­-school/rotational-hitting/ for some pictures of manny ramerez and alex rodriguez dipping their shoulders (which is really swinging level to the plain of a baseball). So someone saying dip your shoulder, and someone else who says swing level may actually be saying the same thing. Confusing I know.
