@stayvigilant Doesn't that totally contradict itself? If you guys were to look at quantum mechanics or the nature of consciousness it is all very possible to use mind over matter. When i desist from evil and put a greater effort into acting with humility and patience, i defintely see results.... Have you studied the esoteric dimesnion of Judaism? And the things you should be asking for, first of all, shouldnt be selfish. If you want something physical, than youre not gonna get a result from G-d. contact a demon if you want those types of results. If however you seek spiritual healing(as any honest spiritual seeker should) than Hashem will grant it. Whether its a higher perception or granting you greater strength to overcome some difficulty. I for one have overcome problems that neither medicine, or therapy could accompish.

yes thats true. but the meaning for the word can be interprited in diffrent ways. when jeusus said that "they" will do greater things than he did" how does that mean he is talking about the kabalah? i am not christian, but i belive that jesus was a prophet, and i also belive that he had the power to rais the dead, and heal the sick. but not in anyway do i think that he did this through magic. Based on my own experiences and study, I believe there is truly no such thing as "magic", though that term is highly subjective, and almost always divorced of its historical context when used in today's world. I think its impossible to truly accomplish anything while remaining disconnected from G-d (though none of us truly are) and anything you think you accomplish is but an illusion. I think the prohibitions of occult practices in Torah are more like a commetnary on idolatry
