  • you should throw medicine balls often and do some weightlifting, from the ground to the chest, jump over hurdles, and legpress, the real distances comes from the legs

  • you can be really good...just have to work on ywo last steps a bit...your a bit out of rythm there...but the everything else is good(Y)

  • yeh nice. i have been throwing now for about 3 months or 4. i have got to 55 metres. the local record is 55.65 i think so not far off ir but really want to get to 60. just gotta figure out wat training to do. 800gram javelin
