  • How beautiful!!

  • @guitarlovenjc - Thanks :) xx

  • That was so much fun! I especially loved the street scenes. The buildings have so much character-- I'd love to sketch them one day.

  • @kaleidoplex - Thanks! Yes, the streets looked beautiful. It was a warm day and most people were sitting outside in cafes/bars. Some of the streets were quite empty. However, I imagine it would be different at the weekend. I much prefer little towns to big cities!

  • Many very interesting sights, Cathy. Thank you. The "Time-Capsule" shop featured piles items that are by-gone memories for me and growing up years. Oodles of items looked the same as in USA odds-n-ends shops. There was one neck to floor gown with the intricate pattern that struck me as timeless high culture.

    Thanks for the fun tour.

    Tom

  • @tommax26 - Thanks Tom. I really like small, green towns with interesting vintage/antique and nice coffee shops. The vintage shop was fabulous. It reminded me of my (deceased) grandparents' houses. I thought I'd also taken a video of freshly baked cakes in the window of one such shop but the video didn't record :(
