All you would need, depending on HP level, a built C6 (C4 for a small block) and a 9" rear end. Those 9" rear ends can take some serious horsepower. 8.8" rearends are good too, but they're only good enough for ~ 800hp.

You don't need to cut anything to get it to fit, it is a TIGHT squeeze though. All you need is custom motor mounts, possibly motor mount plates.
