I remember asking a question in the MIDDLE of the commentary, of which it got asked 3 minutes later. Not to mention the vast knowlege and quick responses. Some of the questions asked couldn't have possibly been on a list of pre-answered questions either.
For those wondering how to connect to BD-live, one of the first steps is making sure your BD player has enough memory, or you will have to connect a flash drive to expand it. Also make sure the settings are correct in the menu.
i cant believe im actually asking this but can somebody tell me how to get the bd-live thing working for the dark knight. i've been trying to activate it for days but nothings working, i cant find anything that will start it
Actually, your technically not watching it WITH him, your watching it at the same time as him. Though the Q & A is an interesting aspect, it looks pretty pointless... a movie commentary on the dvd would have been better.
You mean such startling questions of insight such as: "What do you think of the BD?". Cue the bog-standard reply from someone who we are not even assured of is CN. Anything that has been answered by CN on BD has already been answered by him in an article somewhere. In addition, he (whoever it is) is responding to only a SELECTED few questions that have been vetted. Finally, in any case you seriously cannot be suggesting that this trumps a commentary feature.
I think you have just made my point. You say it's CN but the only evidence you have to point you to that conclusion is the fact Warner bros' said it was him;your philosophically begging the question. If I don't hear or see CN, then there is no empirical reason for me to think it's him. And the fact that 12 year olds signed up and asked "dumbass questions" supports my argument that this was an asinine publicity stunt that hadn't been thought over clearly. For example, why not have an audio stream?
A similiar event happened in December for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. It included Live Audio with Daniele Radcliffe and David Barron. What say you now?
Wow...this is opening up all kinds of possibilities. Thanks to Blu-Ray, fans can have the opportunity to interact with the people who made the movie they're watching. That is just incredible, GPuddle!
I submitted quite a few questions, got one in, it was very cool indeed. Funny someone proposed to their girl friend, telling Nolan to post it, and then Nolan asked him if she said yes, and she did.
Narnia? Fuck that.

It really is Christopher Nolan doing. Problem is it seems like a bunch of 12 year olds signed up and asked a bunch of dumbass questions.

It was an amazing experience!
Remember when that guy proposed to his girlfriend?
And she said yes?
He even answered one of my questions!
lol c_nolan: "this is a two-pee movie"
Christopher pauses the movie for five minutes for the second time.
JoeNostalgiaReturns 3 years ago
Dude that was YOU ?? HAHAH !!
You are so lucky.. I was so surprised that Nolan actually said he has to pee.. haha !!
I even remember someone asking him to say "ANGELA WILL YOU MARRY ME" XD
Nolan has a sense of humor. haha
I was the one who asked him about the 3rd movie.
He said he is reading a script and if he likes it..then its a go.
Zahinn 3 years ago
oh, not the pee question, I wish I had those bragging writes, or the peanut butter question.
No I asked when he titles his movies cause I was like ugh I can't think of a good question X(
