Yes, the module has a special frame that accepts the ZEP hardware. It is definately strong enough and has passed the UL1703 loading tests (60 psf). For higher wind or snow loading you use more feet, i.e. 24 or32" on center instead of 48, or 72" on center. Canadian Solar is saying they will have ZEP modules in April and other manuf. are working on them as well. I think this, like the mc connector, will become the standard within a few years

need a special module... are you kidding me? ..what is the snow loading and wind? dont think it is strong enough
