Florida, USA requires fishermen there to use a net with a 98% bycatch rate forcing fisherman to either use a wastefull tactic or become extinct themselves. Here in NC, USA im required to harvest bycatch in order to sell some species. Pollution, the priority, wasn't mentioned in this video, i wonder why?
