I guess the owner of this building believes the Chinese superstition and the 13 superstition. It went S, C, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16.

I cant rembember on top of my head but i do rembember that i went through the main entrance i went through the casino then you follow the hotel elevator signs.

No, many hotels in Las Vegas believe in the Chinese superstition. 4 is an unlucky number to them because the pronunciation of the word is similar to the word death in Chinese. I can mark a few hotels that skip any number with the number 4 in it.
