thats soo cool that u get to talk to Teal me! Me and Nicolas Dromard (fiyero) talk and email each other! The half means that once, i left at intermission because i was sick and it was my second time seeing it in one day! I regret it.

@DarkAmbellina It's a sarcastic laugh. She's giving out the impression that Glinda is too stupid and weak to outsmart her.
It's like she's saying "That's all you can do? You really messed this up! What an idiot" She's mocking Glinda.
