unless i'm wrong, i heard these guys went out of business. which would not surprise me as it looks too labor intensive. profits could only come based on volume.
the guy also said the perforating is done to distribute the heat better where the streits matzah video says it is done to prevent rising.
another problem is their packaging lends itself to too much cracking of individual pieces. people don't like to pay for cracked matzah.
