This guys a quack. Short duration high weighted exercise builds mass. To burn fat you need high intensity with lower weight to allow your body to work in an aerobic state. Everyone's aerobic capacity (measured by your lactate threshold) varies so it will be different for everyone. Save yourself wasted time and consult a real exercise professional.
The real reason he was out of breath at the end of the video is because his diastolic BP was high from working anaerobically. Don't be fooled.
this is HARD. once you're a third of the way through, you'll sense how fatigued you'll feel at the end of the workout. i was a high school football player and track and field runner, but i can easily say these are some of the most grueling workouts i have ever done.
the results, however, totally make up for it. i've done these for 2 weeks, 4 days a week, and i already see great results.

Depends how much weight/inches you're trying to put off. In 2 months, if your exercises are done correctly, you should see significant results. Also, watch your diet. Make sure you have a low fat intake.
