The voices need a lil more emotion but otherwise thats not bad voice acting.  What I mean is make the character feel as if they are speaking to each other and not just reading a script. Otherwise you guys would be fine.

At the start of the game, Cloud is more at peace. I think maybe a little more flamboyant, but until he realizes he truly is Cloud after Aerith's death, he seems like the Advent Children Cloud.

I don't think it's any better or worse than a lot of other games that have voice acting in it. To me it sounds right on par, with the exception of the "black-guy" voice.

I have to say, as a long time FF7 fanboy, this is awesome. Not entirely awesome, but still awesome. Jessie had the voice actor while, quite unfortunately, Cloud was the most lacking.
