Some years ago, our own, "Progressive Conservative Party" was reduced to one member of Parliament and the party effectively, was destroyed. It COULD happen.
I'd be willing to bet that the Democrats don't like Paul winning either.

But thanks, I AM aware of much that you speak. And trust me, Canadians as as dumbed down and duped as anybody else. The other three major parties tried to form a coalition to take down the present, Conservative government. Then parliament was prorogued. Which, to the surprise of most Canadians means that we are still subjects of the British,,,, Empire, that is.

The word "Democracy" doesn't appear in any of the founding father's documents.
