Medal of Honor keeps crashing problem can be due to the fact that mouse acceleration feature is not supported. Perform
following steps to stop freezing issue.
My Computer | EA Games \ Medal of Honor \ Multiplayer.
Open the file GameSettings.ini.
Search for “InputAcceleration”.
Replace its value from 1 to 0.
Save changes and restart the game.
You can also use RegInOut to fix this error

Nope, my friend has SLi with dual GTX295 with an Core i5, 4GB DDR3 and his game crashes too, other friend that has one HD5850 crashes too, this game is crashing to everyone.
