@chuckledarkly I think that the ledge near beside the side of the rear touchpad (couldn't figure out the right word, so I used ledge)'s purpose is to prevent that happens by players using it to "clasp" to the NGP. It looks like its more relaxing instead of holding it flat on the rear. Therefore, less finger muscle pain after playing with the NGP as opposed to the PSP.

Too bad this isn't going to do as well as Sony hoped. Right now a lot of people are boycotting Sony products. And it just looks like a lot of technology put into a package and being spit out by Sony. They think all that tech will get sales. But this is just my opinion.

@Five500Hundred Its not a big boycott, but all the devs that worked on hacking the PSP aren't going to get an NGP because Sony sued a guy for hacking the PS3. Also a lot of people who use the site are doing it too. Including me. I'll give you some links in a PM if you want because I can't post them here.

well I hope to god not! I had assumed it would be activated when needed in game but i still think that during those times id hit it the wrong way by accident a LOT. Call me crazy but I'm not really hot for the idea of touch surfaces all over my gaming consoles. Rest of it looks killer tho, Its just like the 3d fad tho 3d and touch screens are just being put where they don't belong just because they want people to go "Wow new technology" and shit out there brains.

@chuckledarkly I've played the Vita a couple of times and didn't have any problems with that so hopefully it should be fine for everyone! Remember when talking about the touch panel make sure you say touch panel, not touch screen because its not actually a screen on the back! (Some people actually get confused and think it has two screens)

OLED screen = eye candy orgasm. OLED is still expensive, but far superior to LCD and more power efficient. NGP might seem very big, but most people are buying Amazon Kindles to read and $500 iPads for more screen size. I'm not into 3D, so no thanks to trying to watch 3D movies on a 3.5 screen. Will ruin our eyes in the longer run. 5 inch screen + OLED + higher resolution = winner. If the games get boring, it has enough versatility to act like a cheaper and smaller internet tablet.

@sweetepnoy The only other thing that LCD still wins is it's insane durability, Humanity never made a screen more durable than LCD but relax OLED is durable enough.. Depending on how it's used It's possible that a LCD screen could be functional for more than 200 years if it wasn't because of it's backlight and power supply... OLED is stronger in another way... Some flexible OLEDs can be hammered and still work. But the flexible ones might loose colors faster...
