I played with mercs, and changed to preds. Not these micro fibers though. I got the choice from the local shop to try micro fiber, and it did nothing for me. My predators have Kangaroo leather and all the better stats. Turning is alright in them, being a faster styled of player, it can be a bother. But my free kicks and crosses are better in these.

Don't get predators they are not worth it if you are looking for a long term boot. The glue was completely visible when I first got them; it was clumped and plentiful in some spots but at others hardly any glue keeping upper to the bottom. Inside of shoe looks 4 months old, only used for 1 and a half months, returned.

I got my Predator Fantasy on tuesday. Had F 50.7 before and these are way more comfortable because of the non exchangable studs. Way easier to maintain than normal k-leather predators because of the synthetic fabric and you can really feel the metal powder inside. I also got the impression that could do more powerfull shots + the predator technology works as always. @ oleee94: mine dont make noises

One question, how come top end models from Adidas, Nike and Puma are all made from synthetic materials? And all cheaper models made from K-leather? Powerswerve Fantasy is synthetic, Mercurial Vapor SL is synthetic, and Puma v1.08 is synthetic..

There is a difference between k-leather & kangaroo, k-leather is just regular full grain that has been treated to be extra soft which helps but it'll never be kangaroo.

I have to disagree. I have a pair of the 08 Adipures and sure they are a great boot but leather is far to hard to look after and doesnt last nearly as long as synthetic boots

True leather doesn't last nearly as long as synthetic because it requires care which most of us don't apply to our cleats. Mainly because we are too lazy n after a game we usually put them away. The leather is good but to keep it soft you need to keep it in a cold place so that it can get soft n it need's leather food to keep it from cracking since its leather.
